If you've ever wondered who "Kat" is, we'd love to tell you about her.
Kat’s Cleaning was founded in 1998 by Kathryn “Kat” Stephenson — artist, entrepreneur, and someone who genuinely loved helping people. Whether she was creating art, organizing a space, or cleaning a home, Kat believed that the little details mattered and that every person deserved to feel comfortable in their own space.
Over the years, she built a company known for reliability, consistency, and care. Her goal was simple: provide excellent service and treat people well.
When Kat passed away, her family chose to continue the business she loved. Today, we carry forward the values she built Kat’s Cleaning on more than 25 years ago: honest work, trusted relationships, and a commitment to caring for our clients and their homes.
You may notice that our logo features “Kat the Cleaner.” This character serves as a tribute to Kat herself and the creative spirit that inspired the company from the very beginning.
Every home we clean is part of continuing the legacy she started.
